- • The Associate P&C Business Partner role at Solink Corporation supports the Marketing and Finance teams by blending strong People & Culture generalist execution with meaningful business partnership, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders while driving core people programs and operational excellence.
- • Day to day, the role involves partnering with Marketing and Finance leaders on people-related strategies, supporting organizational design and workforce planning, coaching managers on performance and employee relations, owning employee lifecycle moments (onboarding, performance, development, offboarding), managing employee relations matters, executing P&C programs like performance cycles and engagement surveys, and collaborating with P&C teams to enable leader effectiveness through tools and frameworks.
