- • As an Associate in Payroll Client Services, you will serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely support for clients across the Americas region. This role is critical to maintaining trust and satisfaction in Remote’s global employment platform, where compliance and precision in payroll directly impact client operations and employee well-being.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing payroll inquiries via email, live chat, and video calls; resolving complex issues by collaborating with Payroll Operations, Tax, Benefits, and Finance teams; creating and updating internal documentation; and supporting team knowledge sharing through shadowing and peer mentoring—all while adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
- • You will join Remote’s Payroll Client Services team, part of a globally distributed, mission-driven organization that enables businesses to hire, pay, and manage international teams compliantly.
