📋 Description

• The Associate Pilot Support Specialist, Literacy is a part-time contractor role that supports Amplify’s sales organization by providing expert literacy product guidance during the sales and pilot implementation process, ensuring successful adoption of Amplify’s K–12 literacy solutions.
• Day to day, the person will partner with the Literacy Pilot Team to develop sales opportunities, lead literacy pilot implementation training for educators, conduct consultation and coaching check-ins, assist with product overviews and trainings, help create sales support materials, maintain expertise in K–12 educational trends, participate in Amplify trainer certification, collaborate effectively with teams, and practice conversational intelligence through active listening and thoughtful questioning.

• In this role, the person can deepen their expertise in the Science of Reading, build credibility as a trusted Amplify-branded trainer and presenter, strengthen their ability to design and deliver effective professional learning for educators, and contribute directly to improving literacy outcomes in schools nationwide.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years’ experience in K-12 education
• K-8 classroom teaching experience with an emphasis on Literacy
• Expertise in the Science of Reading
• Ability to travel at least 60%
• Public speaking – to an audience of 6 or more people
• Verbal and written proficiency in English
