  • This is a senior-level position where you will be instrumental in architecting, implementing, and optimizing our web analytics and tag management solutions, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and actionable insights.
  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our analytics implementations, from initial strategy and technical design to ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
  • A core aspect of your role will involve defining and executing a comprehensive Google Tag Manager (GTM) and analytics strategy that spans across all Nagarro SE websites, ensuring a unified and robust approach to data collection.
  • You will champion the standardization of tagging and data layer implementations across diverse platforms, creating a consistent and reliable foundation for all our analytics initiatives.
  • This includes the hands-on implementation and meticulous maintenance of both client-side and server-side tagging solutions, leveraging modern data collection architectures to enhance efficiency and data quality.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in defining, implementing, and executing sophisticated GTM strategies across multiple, diverse websites.
  • Practical experience with server-side tagging and modern data collection architectures, understanding their benefits and implementation nuances.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of data layers, established tagging frameworks, and rigorous data quality validation methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide accurate technical estimates and design robust solutions that directly address complex business requirements.
  • Proven track record in effectively debugging and resolving data accuracy, tagging, and tracking issues across various digital platforms.
  • Experience managing certifications, access control, and administrative roles within GA and GTM environments.
