• As an Associate Product Manager, you will be instrumental in the product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to development and launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver exceptional products that meet the needs of our users and drive business growth. • You will be responsible for understanding user needs and market trends, translating them into product requirements, and prioritizing features to maximize value. • A key aspect of your role will be to define and articulate product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals. • You will act as a bridge between business objectives and technical execution. This means clearly communicating product requirements to engineering teams, ensuring they understand the 'why' behind each feature and can build solutions that are both effective and efficient. You will participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Your responsibilities will extend to managing the product backlog, meticulously prioritizing features and user stories based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure a clear understanding of priorities and to facilitate smooth development cycles.
• You will be involved in the launch of new products and features, working with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, create compelling messaging, and ensure successful adoption by users. This includes developing training materials and supporting user onboarding processes.
• Post-launch, you will continuously monitor product performance, gathering user feedback and analyzing key metrics to identify areas for improvement. You will iterate on existing products, driving enhancements and optimizations to ensure they remain competitive and meet evolving user needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate product vision.
