- • As an Associate Product Marketing Manager at Relayfi Inc., you will play a pivotal role in bringing fintech products to market by bridging product, marketing, and growth teams to drive adoption, engagement, and business impact through strategic go-to-market execution.
- • Day to day, you will support the planning and execution of product launches, contribute to customer and market research, craft compelling messaging and positioning, and track performance metrics to optimize campaigns and product adoption.
- • You will join a fast-growing, mission-driven team at Relay, a digital banking platform empowering self-made business owners with financial clarity and control, where cross-functional collaboration with Product, Growth, Brand, and Data is central to success.
- • In this role, you will develop your product marketing expertise by shaping product narratives, translating customer insights into action, and gaining hands-on experience in full-cycle go-to-market strategies within a fast-paced, innovative fintech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of product marketing or related experience in a B2B or B2B2C tech company, preferably with SMB-focused products
- • Proven experience supporting product launches or campaigns that drove awareness, adoption, or engagement
- • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging
- • Data curiosity and comfort interpreting performance metrics to inform optimization
- • Highly collaborative, proactive, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
- • Deep customer focus and a bias for action, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work that drives business impact
