- • As an Associate Product Specialist, Literacy (Part-Time, Contractor) at Amplify Education, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales organization by leveraging your deep expertise in K-8 literacy and the Science of Reading to help position and sell Amplify’s curriculum and assessment solutions more effectively. This role bridges product knowledge and sales enablement, ensuring that educators and decision-makers understand the value of Amplify’s evidence-based literacy programs during critical pre-sales engagements.
- • On a day-to-day basis, you will: partner with sales staff to develop, support, and close sales opportunities by providing content expertise during strategic sales cycles; collaborate with the literacy product specialist team to support active sales opportunities and guide educators through curriculum review processes; deliver specialized in-person and remote presentations and trainings to administrators and teacher committee teams at the district or state level; assist in developing sales support materials that reflect optimal positioning and messaging for Amplify’s literacy suite; support product training for sales team members to enhance their ability to articulate program benefits; participate in Amplify Professional Development to build expertise as an Amplify-branded trainer and presenter; maintain current knowledge of K-8 educational trends, particularly in literacy instruction; work independently while effectively collaborating across sales, product, and marketing teams; troubleshoot and problem-solve as needed during sales engagements; develop customer-facing workshops that position Amplify solutions in pre-sales opportunities; and apply conversation intelligence by asking insightful questions and actively listening during educator interactions.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in educational sales enablement, strengthen your ability to translate pedagogical knowledge into persuasive sales conversations, and gain experience delivering high-impact presentations to district-level decision-makers. You will also refine your skills in curriculum alignment, workshop design, and consultative selling — positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the K-12 literacy marketplace while contributing to meaningful educational outcomes at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree
- • 3+ years’ experience in K-12 education
- • K-8 classroom teaching experience with an emphasis on Literacy
- • Expertise in the Science of Reading
- • Ability to travel at least 60%
- • Presentation experience, preferably as a conference speaker or professional development trainer
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
