- • Join Endpoint Clinical, a leading provider of Interactive Response Technology (IRT®) systems and solutions, dedicated to empowering the life sciences industry and ensuring the success of clinical trials. Since our inception in 2009, we have been driven by a singular vision: to help sponsors and pharmaceutical companies achieve their clinical trial objectives with unparalleled efficiency and accuracy. Our proprietary PULSE® platform is at the heart of our innovative solutions, designed to optimize the clinical supply chain, significantly reduce operational costs, and guarantee precise and timely patient dosing. With a global presence, including headquarters in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, and offices spanning the United States, Europe, and Asia, Endpoint Clinical offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
- • As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of client implementations, guiding projects from their inception through to study closure. This role is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional service and cutting-edge technology to our clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
- • You will actively participate in and provide comprehensive support for all assigned client implementations. This involves a deep dive into the intricacies of each project, ensuring all client needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Your involvement will span the entire software development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and system configuration to user acceptance testing and final deployment.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to support projects through the critical phases of study maintenance. This includes addressing any post-launch issues, managing change requests, and ensuring the continued optimal performance of our IRT solutions for ongoing clinical trials. Your proactive approach to maintenance will be crucial in minimizing disruptions and maximizing the value our clients receive.
- • Collaboration is central to our success at Endpoint. You will work closely with a diverse team of internal stakeholders, including software developers, quality assurance specialists, clinical operations experts, and account managers. This cross-functional teamwork ensures a cohesive approach to project delivery, leveraging the expertise of each department to overcome challenges and achieve project milestones.
- • Maintaining exceptional client satisfaction is paramount. You will be the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects, building strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and responsiveness. Your ability to understand client needs, communicate effectively, and manage expectations will be key to fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring repeat business.
- • You will be empowered to lead projects of low to moderate complexity. This provides a fantastic opportunity for growth and development, allowing you to hone your project management skills in a supportive environment. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing these projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- • Responsibilities will include developing detailed project plans, defining project scope and objectives, managing project timelines and resources, identifying and mitigating project risks, and tracking project progress against key performance indicators.
- • You will facilitate regular project status meetings with clients and internal teams, providing clear and concise updates on project status, risks, and issues. Your ability to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders will be highly valued.
- • You will be involved in the configuration and testing of the PULSE® IRT system to meet specific client protocol requirements. This hands-on experience with our core technology will be a significant part of your learning and development.
- • You will ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining meticulous project documentation.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes and the critical role of IRT systems in drug development. You will contribute directly to bringing life-saving therapies to market faster by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of clinical trials.
- • We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, possess strong organizational skills, and have a passion for project management within the dynamic pharmaceutical industry. If you are a motivated self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, this is the perfect opportunity to launch or advance your career in clinical trial technology.
🎯 Requirements

- • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
