• • As a Delivery Manager at Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the insurance industry by driving the successful implementation and adoption of our cutting-edge AI and Generative AI platform. You will be a pivotal member of the Customer Success Team, reporting directly to the Head of Delivery, and will be responsible for managing two concurrent projects, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient execution across the organization.
• • Your primary focus will be on championing and embedding Agile and Lean practices within project teams. This involves not only adhering to these methodologies but also actively coaching team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and visualizing organizational work to enhance transparency and identify bottlenecks.
• • A core aspect of your role will be to facilitate exceptional communication. You will act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex information into understandable terms and building strong relationships based on trust and authenticity. This ensures alignment and shared understanding throughout the project lifecycle.

This involves proactively identifying and addressing impediments, removing blockers that hinder team progress, and actively building agile capabilities within the teams you manage. Working closely with Customer Success and Product Leads, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that our processes and deliverables are constantly refined and optimized.
• • As a Delivery Manager, you will directly manage a Business Analyst and a Customer Engineer, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure their effective contribution to project success. This includes setting clear expectations, facilitating their professional growth, and ensuring their work aligns with project goals.
