  • • Support the full end-to-end recruitment process for product, engineering, and business roles at A1, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
  • • Source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and proactive outreach to build a diverse and qualified pipeline.
  • • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to evaluate basic role fit, motivation, and communication skills.
  • • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and accurate logistics across time zones and teams.
  • • Collect, consolidate, and document candidate feedback from interviewers to ensure consistent and fair evaluation processes.
  • • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), prioritizing data quality and process consistency.
  • • Assist in recruiting projects focused on improving candidate experience, employer branding, and operational efficiency as the team scales.
  • • Help streamline hiring operations by identifying bottlenecks and supporting process improvements to keep recruitment moving at pace.
  • • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate expectations.
  • • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, including offer letter coordination, background check follow-ups, and onboarding preparation.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving hiring needs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on technical roles.
  • • Demonstrate initiative in learning technical recruiting practices, including understanding engineering and product role requirements.
  • • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and legal standards for fair and equitable hiring practices.
  • • Contribute to building a positive candidate experience through clear, timely, and professional communication at every touchpoint.
  • • Track recruitment metrics and assist in reporting on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness as needed.
  • • Remain organized and responsive while managing multiple open roles and competing priorities with reliability and attention to detail.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome)
  • • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • • Comfort working with Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems
  • • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
  • • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
