📋 Description
- • Act as a trusted advisor and candidate advocate by applying leading-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver top-tier talent to clients.
- • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent across a range of professional experiences and positions.
- • Conduct complex internet searches using multiple search engines, social media platforms, direct/cold calls, professional networks, directories, and recruitment databases.
- • Build and maintain an active network of candidates through ongoing market research and relationship management.
- • Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates against client position requirements and organizational culture fit.
- • Present qualified candidates for open roles, effectively overcoming objections during the placement process.
- • Update and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system, including candidate profiles and recruitment reports.
- • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with candidates and client partners to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly submission goals in a metrics-driven, deadline-oriented environment.
- • Exhibit sales competencies by influencing stakeholders and navigating a quota-based performance structure, though this is not a formal sales role.
- • Prioritize time effectively while maintaining visibility and clarity of the recruiting pipeline at all times.
- • Communicate pipeline status and candidate progress clearly and professionally to internal teams and clients.
- • Demonstrate strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery.
- • Execute recruitment strategies with clear articulation of RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) models and client relationship dynamics.
- • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, changing directions, and evolving client needs with flexibility and resilience.
- • Actively contribute to team collaboration, offering ideas and support to enhance overall recruiting effectiveness.
- • Maintain demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate-level G Suite skills and an active, professional social media presence.
- • Ensure administrative accuracy and timeliness in all recruitment-related documentation and system updates.
