- • As an Associate Remote Sales Representative in Peripheral Vascular Health at Medtronic, you will play a vital role in expanding the company’s portfolio by building long-term, trust-based partnerships with healthcare decision-makers in your region, directly contributing to sales growth and profitability through remote and hybrid engagement.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include remotely selling Medtronic’s products, identifying and closing leads, providing input on market trends and product launches, managing customer concerns, arranging product demonstrations with field teams, and supporting field sales representatives through data analysis, sales calls, and follow-up activities—all while working within a structured yet autonomous sales framework.
- • You will be part of Medtronic’s global healthcare technology team, operating in a hybrid work model between the Meerbusch office and home office, collaborating closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Customer Service, and Business Relationship Management, as well as external stakeholders including hospitals and clinical partners.

🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years of relevant experience in sales, customer support, medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- • OR Associate’s Degree AND 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, customer support, medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- • OR Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- • Proven ability to work remotely with autonomy, structure, and accountability in a sales environment
- • Experience using data-driven strategies and market analysis to develop sales approaches and support field teams
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with external stakeholders such as hospitals and clinical partners via digital channels
