📋 Description

• As a Key Account Manager at Cybertill (part of Valsoft Corporation), you will play a critical role in nurturing and growing key client relationships across the UK, US, and Australia, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and drive mutual growth.
• Day to day, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, act as their primary point of contact, conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities, collaborate with internal teams on sales, marketing, and product development, upsell and cross-sell solutions, monitor account performance metrics, and work with implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Cybertill delivers innovative cloud-based retail software and payment technology to charities, retailers, and visitor attractions, processing over £1 billion in sales annually through its Insight Driven platform, with nearly 25 years of experience and more than 7,000 retail locations using its solutions.
• In this role, you will develop strategic account management expertise, deepen your understanding of retail and payment technology markets, enhance your negotiation and consultative selling skills, and contribute directly to revenue growth and client retention while working in a supportive, agile, and professional environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships and navigate client organizations
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of successfully upselling and cross-selling products or services
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities focused on delivering innovative solutions to clients
• Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Familiarity with retail industry trends and challenges is highly desirable
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required
