- • As an Associate ServiceNow Developer at RapDev LLC, you will play a key role in building and enhancing ServiceNow platforms that power autonomous IT operations for over 1,000 enterprises, enabling trusted data, connected workflows, and AI-driven incident resolution.
- • Day to day, you will customize and configure ServiceNow applications using scripting skills to develop UI actions, business rules, client and server-side scripts; design and maintain integrations with enterprise systems via APIs and middleware; troubleshoot system performance issues; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability; create technical documentation; and improve service delivery through automation using Workflow Editor, Flow Designer, and custom scripting.
- • You will join a specialized team focused on modern ITOM, ITAM, AI, SPM, and DevOps implementations within the ServiceNow ecosystem, working alongside experienced SREs and DevOps engineers who drive observability and deployment velocity for clients using Datadog.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in ServiceNow development, gain hands-on experience with advanced integrations and AI-enhanced workflows, and contribute to scalable, enterprise-grade platforms that transform IT operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Technology Management, or a closely related field
- • 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- • Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, including Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
- • Experience with ITSM process automation in ServiceNow, including building workflows, client scripts, and UI policies
- • Experience with AngularJS for service portal development and JavaScript for client and server scripts (GlideAjax, business rules)
- • Experience with advanced debugging and troubleshooting using browser dev tools, Angular debugging, and ServiceNow Script Debugger
