📋 Description

• As an Associate Solution Consultant, Post-Sales (Channel) at Socure, you will support the successful onboarding and early success of partners and their customers using Socure’s identity verification and fraud prevention platform, playing a key role in driving adoption and value realization.
• Day to day, you will support onboarding and implementation efforts, act as a technical resource for partner teams, design and deliver training sessions, develop enablement materials, troubleshoot technical issues, monitor early adoption, partner with senior consultants for partner reviews, identify knowledge gaps, and collect feedback to inform product improvements.
• You will join a mission-driven team at Socure, which is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy by verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ownership and critical thinking are valued.
• In this role, you will grow into a more strategic Solution Consulting position, deepen your technical expertise in identity verification and fraud prevention, develop partner enablement skills, and gain experience influencing product roadmap through customer and partner feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• ~2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing, technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Implementation Consultant, Support Engineer, or similar)
• Experience working with APIs, data analysis, or technical integrations (basic familiarity is sufficient)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting multiple stakeholders, including external partners
