You will not only lead the technical execution of these environments but also serve as a trusted consultant, shaping compelling narratives that resonate with potential clients. A key aspect of this role involves the daily utilization of cutting-edge AI tools to enhance efficiency and drive innovation in your workflows.
• • This position demands a high degree of autonomy, agility, and a proactive approach to collaboration. You will work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams, bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business objectives. Your ability to adapt quickly to evolving project needs and to communicate complex technical concepts clearly will be paramount to your success.
• • Success in your first 3–6 months will be measured by your ability to independently lead customer demo and POC implementations from the initial kickoff meeting through to successful delivery. This includes crafting persuasive and relevant demo narratives that are meticulously aligned with real buyer personas, ensuring that each demonstration addresses specific customer pain points and showcases the value proposition effectively. Furthermore, you will be expected to leverage AI tools to automate various workflows, generate realistic and dynamic demo data, and streamline the overall implementation process. Delivering clear, concise documentation and creating detailed technical tickets for future repeatability will also be a critical measure of your early contributions.
• • Key Responsibilities:
• • Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for customer demo and POC environments, ensuring seamless execution from conception to completion.
• • Skillfully configure and customize CRM systems, support platforms, and communication tools, incorporating custom fields, intricate workflows, and tailored logic to meet specific client requirements.
• • Master the simulation of user behavior within these environments through the strategic application of automation, triggers, and AI-powered interactions, creating realistic and engaging user experiences.
• • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on optimal demo structure, effective pacing, and best practices for storytelling, ensuring maximum impact and engagement.
• • Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives, contributing to a collaborative and efficient development process.
• • Proactively manage delivery timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
• • Author comprehensive technical tickets and maintain meticulous documentation for all processes, ensuring that solutions are repeatable, scalable, and easily transferable.
• • Continuously explore and integrate AI-driven improvements into your workflow and productivity, staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product roadmaps and translate technical capabilities into compelling customer solutions.
• • Develop a deep understanding of Latamcent's product offerings and their application in various customer scenarios.
• • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the demo or POC implementation phases.
• • Contribute to the continuous improvement of demo environments and best practices based on customer feedback and project learnings.
• • Foster strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients, acting as a key technical point of contact.
• • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in the areas of AI, automation, and cloud-based solutions.
• • Prepare and present technical findings and recommendations to both internal teams and external clients.
• • Ensure that all implemented solutions adhere to security and compliance standards.
• • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and methodologies within demo and POC frameworks.
• • Contribute to a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the Solutions Architecture team.
