- • As an Associate Solutions Consultant at Zendesk, you will serve as the technical bridge between the sales team and prospects, ensuring product selection by rapidly understanding customer requirements and demonstrating how Zendesk solutions meet their needs—whether supporting large enterprise accounts or SMB customers seeking full solutions.
- • You will support the global sales team by providing technical and functional support on key opportunities, managing and delivering technical information via remote calls and video conferences to drive customer satisfaction and enable successful deal progression.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions to uncover business challenges, delivering tailored product demonstrations, creating solution architectures, responding to technical inquiries, and collaborating with sales to develop compelling value propositions that align with customer goals.
- • You will prepare and deliver technical presentations, proof-of-concept setups, and ROI analyses, while maintaining deep product knowledge of Zendesk’s suite of customer experience tools to effectively articulate benefits and differentiators.
- • You will partner closely with sales engineers, account executives, and product teams to refine messaging, share field insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales enablement materials and demo environments.
- • You will document customer requirements, track opportunity progress in CRM systems, and assist in the transition of won deals to implementation teams, ensuring a seamless handover and setting the foundation for long-term customer success.
