- • As an Associate Solutions Engineer at Paddle, you will serve as a technical bridge between the sales team and software vendor customers, enabling seamless integration of Paddle’s payment infrastructure and directly contributing to revenue growth by helping leading software sellers overcome technical barriers and deliver superior customer experiences.
- • Day to day, you will become an expert on Paddle’s product suite—including the checkout, dashboard, and APIs—communicate confidently with C-suite executives and senior developers to guide integration strategies, write detailed integration plans and sample code to assist sellers in implementing Paddle, support Account Executives on customer calls to strengthen technical credibility and win new business, relay product feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions, and contribute to both public-facing and internal documentation to improve knowledge sharing and self-service capabilities.
- • You will join a high-performing, entrepreneurial Solutions Engineering team within Paddle’s global Sales organization, collaborating closely with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering to drive customer success in over 245 territories, where your technical acumen and consultative approach will be valued as a key differentiator in a competitive market.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SaaS payment systems, API integration, and technical consulting while developing advanced stakeholder communication skills across technical and executive audiences, positioning yourself for growth into senior technical sales, solutions architecture, or product management roles within a fast-scaling, innovative fintech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Solid understanding of web technologies, particularly JavaScript and related frameworks, and how they interact in web applications
- • Hands-on experience using and integrating RESTful or similar APIs in development or technical support contexts
- • Proven interpersonal and customer management skills developed through direct customer-facing roles, with ability to build trust and manage relationships
- • Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical stakeholders (e.g., developers) and non-technical audiences (e.g., C-suite executives)
