• • As an Associate Solutions Engineer at Cloudera, you will be at the forefront of empowering organizations to harness the full potential of their data and artificial intelligence.
• • Your primary mission is to dismantle technical obstacles and accelerate the adoption of Cloudera’s comprehensive data and AI platform, enabling customers to derive clear and actionable insights from complex data.
• • You will act as a trusted technical advisor, partnering closely with customers to architect and implement enterprise-scale solutions that cover the entire data lifecycle, from ingestion and transformation to robust governance and advanced machine learning.
• • This role is deeply hands-on, moving beyond theoretical presentations to become a practitioner-architect actively engaged with enterprise data teams, machine learning engineers, and IT architects.
• • You will design and implement real-world solutions, focusing on critical areas such as MLOps pipelines, sophisticated AI/ML workflows, and cutting-edge Generative AI use cases.
• • A key responsibility will be to collaborate effectively with customers, partners, and prospects to deeply understand their unique business objectives and intricate technical requirements.

• • You will architect and lead the implementation of end-to-end machine learning pipelines, ensuring seamless integration from initial data ingestion through to model deployment and ongoing performance monitoring.
• • You will be a technical leader in conversations surrounding MLOps best practices, efficient data science workflows, and the strategic integration of Generative AI with existing enterprise platforms.
• • This role encompasses ownership of the entire technical sales process, from initial customer engagement and technical discovery through to post-sales success, including strategies for customer expansion and renewal.
• • You will be responsible for delivering compelling technical demonstrations, engaging whiteboarding sessions, and executing impactful proof-of-concepts that clearly articulate and showcase the tangible business value of Cloudera’s solutions.
• • You will serve as an evangelist for Cloudera’s AI and data platform vision, effectively communicating its capabilities and strategic advantages to a diverse audience, including data scientists, ML engineers, and key business stakeholders.
• • You will work in close partnership with Account Executives, providing essential technical expertise to drive customer success and contribute to strategic account growth.
• • A significant aspect of the role involves cross-functional collaboration, working seamlessly with Product Management, Research & Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
