  • In this crucial role, you will be the frontline of our technical support operations, providing essential onsite assistance to our users. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of basic technical issues, with a strong focus on the Windows operating system and associated hardware. This includes diagnosing problems, implementing solutions, and ensuring minimal disruption to user productivity.
  • You will be actively involved in performing fundamental hardware maintenance tasks. This encompasses the identification and replacement of defective components, as well as the seamless installation and setup of peripherals such as keyboards, mice, monitors, and other essential computer accessories. Your attention to detail in these tasks will ensure the smooth operation of user workstations.
  • A significant part of your role will involve assisting with software installation and configuration. You will be instrumental in setting up and optimizing applications, with a particular emphasis on the Microsoft Office suite. This includes ensuring users have the necessary software installed correctly and are able to utilize its features effectively for their daily tasks.

🎯 Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or a technical IT degree
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Good knowledge of the Windows operating system and maintenance routines
  • Basic hardware knowledge
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with people
  • Fluent English (Nice to Have)
  • Previous experience in technical or IT support (Nice to Have)
