- • Support the full end-to-end recruitment process for product, engineering, and business roles at A1, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- • Source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and proactive outreach to build a diverse and qualified pipeline.
- • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate basic role fit, motivation, and communication skills.
- • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and seamless communication throughout the process.
- • Collect, organize, and document candidate feedback from interviewers to inform hiring decisions and maintain process consistency.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with recruitment workflows.
- • Assist in executing recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales, including enhancements to candidate experience and employer branding efforts.
- • Help streamline hiring operations to ensure responsiveness, efficiency, and pace across all open roles.
- • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on hiring priorities and maintain a high standard of candidate interaction.
- • Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving hiring needs and support ad-hoc recruitment tasks as required by business priorities.
- • Learn and apply best practices in technical recruiting within a fast-moving, high-bar environment.
- • Take ownership of recruitment tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating reliability and attention to detail in all responsibilities.
- • Participate in team initiatives aimed at improving recruitment metrics, reducing time-to-hire, and enhancing overall hiring quality.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome)
- • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfort working with Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems
- • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
