  • • Support the full end-to-end recruitment process for product, engineering, and business roles at A1, from sourcing to offer extension.
  • • Source qualified candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate role fit, motivation, and communication skills.
  • • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and accurate logistics.
  • • Collect, organize, and document candidate feedback from interviewers to inform hiring decisions and maintain process integrity.
  • • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) with strict attention to data quality and consistency.
  • • Assist in recruiting projects aimed at improving candidate experience, employer branding, and operational efficiency as the team scales.
  • • Ensure hiring operations remain organized, responsive, and aligned with the company’s pace and standards.
  • • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to remove bottlenecks and keep hiring pipelines moving smoothly.
  • • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing actionable solutions based on day-to-day execution.
  • • Act as a key operational support for technical hiring, gaining firsthand exposure to how high-bar engineering and product teams evaluate talent.
  • • Manage multiple recruiting priorities simultaneously while maintaining reliability, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
  • • Engage with candidates professionally throughout the hiring journey, representing A1’s culture and commitment to quality.
  • • Learn technical recruiting practices from experienced recruiters and engineers in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
  • • Take ownership of recruiting tasks from day one with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
  • • Participate in employer branding efforts by helping shape how A1 presents itself to potential candidates in the technical talent market.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving hiring needs and priorities in a startup environment with rapidly scaling teams.
  • • Use tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS platforms to track, report, and manage recruitment metrics and workflows.
  • • Embrace feedback and continuously improve personal execution and process contributions based on team input.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates welcome)
  • • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • • Comfort working with Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems
  • • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with openness to feedback
  • • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
