- • Support the full end-to-end recruitment process for product, engineering, and business roles at A1, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- • Source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and proactive outreach to build a diverse and qualified pipeline.
- • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to evaluate basic role fit, motivation, and communication skills.
- • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and seamless logistics across time zones and teams.
- • Collect, organize, and document candidate feedback from interviewers to ensure accurate and consistent evaluation records.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS), prioritizing data quality and process consistency.
- • Assist in recruiting projects aimed at improving candidate experience, employer branding, and operational efficiency as the team scales.
- • Help streamline hiring operations by identifying bottlenecks and supporting process improvements to keep recruitment moving at pace.
- • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate expectations.
- • Manage multiple recruiting priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- • Contribute to a high-performance recruiting environment by embracing feedback, demonstrating curiosity, and taking initiative without waiting for direction.
- • Gain hands-on experience in technical recruiting within a small, high-bar team focused on building a reliable AI smart assistant for everyday workflows.
- • Engage directly with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to understand technical roles and candidate expectations.
- • Participate in initiatives to enhance the candidate journey, from first contact through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- • Ensure all recruitment activities align with company values and operational standards, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness at every stage.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome)
- • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfort working with Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems
- • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with openness to feedback
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
