Associate Technical Success Manager

📋 Description

• • As an Associate Technical Success Manager at New Relic, you will play a foundational role in nurturing technical relationships with customers, supporting their initial adoption and understanding of the observability platform to drive platform utilization and value realization.
• • Day to day, you will support technical onboarding by assisting customers in integrating New Relic within cloud environments, conduct fundamental training sessions, monitor and contribute to Mutual Activity Plans, interact with technical stakeholders to align platform use with customer goals, and partner with customers to develop business cases for expansion while presenting platform capabilities and creating training content.
