  • • As an Associate Technical Support Engineer at Druva, you will be a key member of the Global Customer Support team, providing technical assistance to ensure customer success and satisfaction with Druva’s Data Resiliency Cloud platform.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs and exceptions to identify root causes, managing customer communications, escalating unresolved issues to appropriate teams, and maintaining knowledge base articles through documentation of solutions.
  • • You will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Solutions Delivery teams to resolve customer issues, contribute to product improvements, and uphold service level agreements across all customer channels.
  • • Druva is a trusted provider of SaaS-based data protection and resilience solutions for thousands of enterprises, including 60 Fortune 500 companies, enabling secure cloud adoption and operational resilience through its unified platform.
  • • In this role, you will continuously enhance your technical expertise through training and e-learning, collaborate with QA and Engineering to identify product defects, and develop skills in diagnosing complex SaaS and on-premise application interactions.
  • • The position requires flexibility to work in 24x7x365 shifts to support global customers, offering exposure to enterprise-scale technologies and real-world problem-solving in a fast-evolving tech landscape.
  • • You will gain hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, VMware Cloud), virtualization technologies (VMware, HyperV, Nutanix), backup and recovery systems, and enterprise tools like Salesforce, JIRA, and Zoom.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical field and 3+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent combined training and experience
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • • Good understanding of backup and recovery concepts, disaster recovery, and related technologies (e.g., types of backups, replication)
  • • Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux, Solaris, Unix), cloud infrastructure (AWS, VMware Cloud), server backup applications, and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, tcpdump, procmon, perfmon)
  • • Fundamental knowledge of storage technologies (SCSI, SAN, iSCSI, NAS) and hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, HyperV, Nutanix)
  • • Ability to troubleshoot communication issues between SaaS and on-premise applications and experience building customer-facing documentation
