  • • Serve as a developing mid-level consultant responsible for owning discipline-specific deliverables in telecom projects under the mentorship of senior engineers.
  • • Shift from production-focused tasks to applying professional judgment, managing defined project scopes, and ensuring all work aligns with TEECOM’s standards and documentation practices.
  • • Design telecom systems, prepare technical drawings, specifications, and calculations to produce coordinated deliverables independently or in collaboration with the production team.
  • • Build and maintain client relationships through clear communication, reliable follow-through, and thoughtful coordination during project meetings, programming sessions, and construction support activities.
  • • Participate in coordination discussions with clients, contractors, manufacturers, and design partners to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
  • • Contribute discipline-specific scope input for project pursuits, including preparing early fee assumptions and assisting with proposal coordination.
  • • Strengthen internal team practices by improving documentation standards, developing tools, and sharing lessons learned from completed projects.
  • • Progress through structured mentorship and training journeys to develop independence, accountability, and emerging leadership behaviors.
  • • Ensure consistent follow-through on assigned tasks and deliverables to uphold TEECOM’s quality and reliability expectations.
  • • Collaborate with Project Leads and senior engineers to develop accurate, coordinated designs while increasing autonomy in execution.
  • • Support the delivery of larger projects by managing defined components with precision and adherence to technical and procedural guidelines.
  • • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • • Maintain thorough and organized documentation for all design work, calculations, and communications to support auditability and knowledge transfer.
  • • Demonstrate growing capability in managing small projects end-to-end while contributing to the success of larger, multi-team initiatives.
  • • Engage in continuous professional development through feedback, mentorship, and structured learning pathways provided by TEECOM.
