- • The Associate Training and Quality Manager will assist the Manager of National Training and Quality in ensuring all program training requirements are met, including new hire, developmental, and refresher trainings, as contractually required by the Client and following Inizio direction, while also ensuring program quality requirements align with client and Inizio specifications.
- • Day to day, the role involves identifying training needs, designing and implementing training programs using approved materials, assessing and revising training plans, ensuring timely delivery, collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop new materials, monitoring training effectiveness, supporting employee career development, developing SOPs and work instructions, conducting call quality monitoring and scoring, providing coaching feedback, maintaining documentation for audit readiness, and representing the program in broader business activities.
