You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless and compliant processing of UK payrolls for a diverse portfolio of multinational clients, directly contributing to CloudPay's mission of empowering global workforces with innovative payroll solutions.
  • • As an Associate UK Payroll Specialist, your primary responsibility will be the accurate and timely execution of multiple UK payrolls. This involves meticulously adhering to both client-specific requirements and all relevant statutory regulations, ensuring that every employee is paid correctly and on time. You will be the frontline in validating payroll input and output data, performing rigorous checks to guarantee the integrity of financial information before final processing.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves proactive problem-solving. You will be expected to investigate any discrepancies or errors identified during the validation process and implement swift, effective corrections. This requires a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of UK payroll legislation and best practices. Your diligence will be crucial in maintaining CloudPay's reputation for payroll excellence and client satisfaction.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of this position. You will work closely with various internal teams, including client relationship managers and finance departments, to ensure all necessary data is collected, processed, and delivered accurately and on schedule. Furthermore, you will serve as a point of contact for payroll queries, responding efficiently and professionally to inquiries from both internal stakeholders and external clients through our established ticketing and email systems.
  • • This role offers a significant opportunity for professional growth and development. You will be encouraged to identify areas for improvement within existing payroll processes, contributing your insights and ideas to the development of innovative solutions. By actively participating in process enhancement initiatives, you will help shape the future of payroll delivery at CloudPay.
  • • In addition to your core processing duties, you will provide essential support and subject matter expertise to other Payroll Associates, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment. You will also act as a reliable backup for senior payroll team members during their absences, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery and demonstrating your versatility and commitment to the team's success.
  • • This position requires a proactive approach to workload management, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Your organizational skills will be paramount in managing a varied client load and ensuring all commitments are met with precision.
  • • The role also emphasizes the importance of strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues alike, fostering trust and ensuring clear, effective communication channels.
  • • While previous experience in a payroll bureau environment is advantageous, CloudPay values potential and a strong foundational understanding of UK payroll. We are committed to developing our talent and providing the resources needed to excel.
  • • CloudPay's vision is to be the world's most trusted global payroll partner, simplifying pay for all employees. Our mission is to empower global workforces with seamless, compliant, and innovative payroll and payment solutions. By joining our team, you will contribute directly to this vision and mission, working within a company that values professionalism, passion, empowerment, innovation, and teamwork. You will be part of a supportive workplace where your contributions are valued, your voice is heard, and you are encouraged to bring your authentic self to work.
  • • This role requires you to attend the office in Andover, Hampshire, three times a month, blending the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in-person collaboration and team engagement.
