  • • As a Lead People Business Partner (PBP) at Vanta, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our Corporate Engineering, Security, and Trust (CTS) organization. This pivotal role involves partnering closely with the CISO and senior leadership to cultivate, develop, and retain high-caliber teams within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • • You will act as a strategic thought partner, consultant, and coach to the CISO and other senior leaders within the CTS organization, offering expert guidance on a wide spectrum of people-related matters. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the central point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and initiatives for the CTS organization, spanning all hierarchical levels.
  • • Your expertise will be crucial in providing comprehensive support, guidance, and thought leadership across critical areas such as performance management, navigating complex change management initiatives, addressing employee relations issues, strategic workforce and talent planning, fostering career development pathways, and enhancing manager capabilities.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve leveraging data to derive actionable insights and formulate data-driven recommendations that directly support and advance the business objectives of the CTS organization. This includes a proactive approach to assessing organizational health and effectiveness on an ongoing basis, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and overall performance.
  • • You will be responsible for the project management and meticulous execution of essential People programs. This encompasses overseeing performance review cycles, guiding compensation planning processes, facilitating talent review sessions, and managing employee engagement surveys, ensuring these initiatives are executed smoothly and effectively.
  • • In close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and the broader People team, you will play a lead role in designing and implementing best-in-class, scalable programs and policies. These initiatives will be strategically focused on attracting, retaining, and nurturing outstanding talent, thereby contributing significantly to Vanta's continued growth and success.
  • • Your role requires deep functional embedding within the teams you support. You will work collaboratively with these teams and engage with cross-functional stakeholders on their behalf, ensuring that all People Team initiatives are directly aligned with and contribute to clear, measurable business outcomes. This business-centric approach is fundamental to Vanta's People strategy.

  • • Partner with legal and compliance teams on employee relations matters, ensuring adherence to all relevant labor laws and company policies.
  • • Develop and deliver training programs for managers on various people-related topics, empowering them to lead their teams effectively.
  • • Analyze employee feedback and exit interview data to identify trends and implement targeted interventions to improve employee retention and satisfaction.
  • • Contribute to the development and refinement of Vanta's overall People strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision and business goals.
