📋 Description

• The Senior Attorney will serve as a key member of the Legal team, responsible for leading complex contract negotiations, advising on regulatory compliance, and managing dispute and litigation matters. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including Privacy, Sales, Finance, and Operations—to support business objectives while minimizing legal and regulatory risk.
• The person will lead drafting, review, and negotiation of client, vendor, and partner agreements; develop and implement negotiation strategies aligned with business objectives; advise on data privacy and protection laws (e.g., HIPAA, FCRA, GLB, CCPA); ensure contract compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on contract terms; build and improve legal resources and processes; mentor junior attorneys; and maintain expertise in the company’s business model and industry trends.
• The Legal team at Acxiom supports a technology-driven, data-centric business environment, working closely with Privacy, Sales, Finance, and Operations to enable strategic initiatives while managing risk in a fast-paced, innovative industry.
• The person can develop deep expertise in data privacy and commercial contracting within adtech/martech, mentor junior legal professionals, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to legal strategy and process improvement within a growing legal function.
