📋 Description

• • Attorney responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Legal Third Party Risk Management Program and overseeing outside counsel governance, including onboarding, engagement standards, and performance evaluation.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional projects, managing outside counsel panels, reviewing conflict of interest waivers, negotiating engagement agreements, conducting third-party risk assessments, and driving remediation efforts for identified gaps.
• • Part of Allstate’s Legal team, partnering closely with Claims, Finance, and other cross-functional leaders to align legal third parties with enterprise risk priorities and business needs.
• • Opportunity to build, scale, and enhance a strategic risk management program while leveraging litigation and claims experience to drive governance, compliance, and operational value without engaging in litigation practice.
