📋 Description

• The Attorney Repped Bodily Injury Adjuster (EHBI) role at The Allstate Corporation’s National General division is critical for investigating and resolving complex automobile accident claims involving attorney-represented bodily injury cases, ensuring accurate coverage determination, liability assessment, and fair settlement negotiations while upholding customer empathy and organizational standards.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include determining subrogation or fraud potential in complex cases, applying advanced knowledge of company and industry insurance policies, handling investigations covering coverage, liability, and damages with discretion and increased authority, reviewing and negotiating moderate to complex injury claims, identifying vehicle body parts and associated property damage, and addressing customer needs through empathetic service skills.
• The role operates within National General, a specialty personal lines insurance holding company headquartered in New York City and part of The Allstate Corporation, which offers home, auto, accident and health, and niche insurance products through independent agents and direct consumer channels, backed by an A– financial strength rating from A.M. Best and a legacy dating to 1939.
• The adjuster will mentor junior employees, develop expertise in bodily injury claims and Colossus systems, manage a high caseload with strong organizational skills, and gain experience in Washington State claims handling—preferred for candidates in Central or Mountain time zones—while contributing to a culture of innovation, customer focus, and ethical employment practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid background in bodily injury assessment and coverage investigation
• Experience handling attorney-represented bodily injury claims
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a heavy caseload
• Familiarity with Colossus claims system (preferred)
• Experience handling Washington State claims (preferred)
• Authorization to work in the United States (required; no visa sponsorship)
