📋 Description
- • The Audience Manager role at OMG UK Limited is pivotal in shaping data-driven marketing strategies by developing and optimizing global audience catalogues for client brands, leveraging Omnicom’s proprietary Omni platform to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive campaign effectiveness and cross-market innovation.
- • This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and marketing strategy, serving as a strategic partner to local and global teams by translating audience insights into executable segmentation plans that enable precise, biddable media activation across digital channels.
- • As part of the Annalect EMEA team — Omnicom’s data, technology, and analytics division — you will collaborate with a rapidly growing global network of over 80 countries, contributing to the evolution of the Omni platform used by 30,000+ active users to deliver cutting-edge, data-led marketing solutions.
- • You will lead the end-to-end audience creation process, from sourcing and interrogating diverse data sources (including 1st and 3rd party data, syndicated research, and behavioral signals) to curating insights that refine audience personas and validate targeting logic for local market execution.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing audience sizing and behavioral insights, creating powerful data-driven storylines for planners and strategists, educating local teams on data tools and best practices, and ensuring cross-market pollination of effective audience strategies through guideline development and programme effectiveness tracking.
- • You will partner closely with media campaign teams to optimize audience activation, provide clear guidelines for segment implementation, and champion the use of advanced analytics techniques such as propensity modeling, attribution, and market mix modelling to enhance audience precision and ROI.
- • The role requires fluency in digital tracking technologies (ad servers, DSPs, DMPs), website analytics (GA, Adobe Stack), and big data/cloud environments (AWS, Redshift, S3, Hadoop, Starburst), alongside strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools like Jira and Hive to communicate findings and manage workflows.
- • You will be expected to translate complex analytical outputs into business-friendly narratives that empower marketers and agencies to sell repeatable, data-backed offerings, bridging the gap between technical depth and commercial applicability.
- • Working within a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 remote) with flexible core hours (10:30–16:30), you’ll enjoy autonomy in structuring your day while contributing to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning in a fast-evolving MarTech landscape.
- • The Annalect EMEA team fosters a culture of curiosity and expertise, where you’ll deepen your knowledge of audience modeling techniques, data privacy-compliant data solutions, and global market nuances — positioning you as a trusted expert in consumer insights and data-driven marketing strategy.
- • This role offers significant growth potential to influence global audience strategy, shape platform capabilities within Omni, and develop leadership in data storytelling and MarTech innovation — all while working with some of the world’s most robust datasets and industry-leading technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to define and create addressable audiences from diverse data sources (1st/3rd party, syndicated research like ComScore, TGI, GWI) for digital campaign activation.
- • Experience with marketing and media data technologies, including digital tracking (ad servers, DSPs, DMPs), website analytics (GA, Adobe Stack), and big data/cloud platforms (AWS, Redshift, S3, Hadoop, Starburst).
- • Strong analytical and storytelling skills: ability to generate compelling narratives from multi-source data and translate complex analytics into business-friendly insights for marketers and strategy partners.
- • Familiarity with machine learning audience modeling techniques (propensity models, attribution, market mix modelling, multivariate models) and project management tools (Jira, Hive).
- • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data visualization, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Hybrid working model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote with flexible core hours (10:30–16:30) to support work-life balance and personal productivity.
- • Access to Omnicom’s proprietary Omni platform — used by 30,000+ active users — offering hands-on experience with industry-leading marketing technology and data integration capabilities.
- • Opportunity to collaborate with a global team spanning over 80 countries, including regional hubs in London, NY, Singapore, Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, fostering cross-cultural learning and innovation.
- • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a workplace culture that values authentic self-expression and equitable opportunity for all employees.
- • Dedicated ‘Be Your Best’ support program, including confidential accommodations and adjustments during recruitment and employment to ensure everyone can thrive.
