📋 Description

• Lead a team of talented Audio Engineers in creating, refining, and iterating on custom voices for ElevenLabs customers using different techniques.
• Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality.
• Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on ElevenLabs tools and best practices.
• Join customer calls, support creative direction, and act as a fractional audio engineer for their workflows.
• Collaborate with the Productions team to deliver high-quality audio services to ElevenLabs' customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in audio engineering, and apply this knowledge to improve the quality of our services.
• Work closely with the AI research team to integrate new AI models and technologies into our audio engineering services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Participate in the development of new business opportunities and partnerships, and contribute to the growth of the Productions team.
• Collaborate with other teams within ElevenLabs to ensure seamless integration of our audio engineering services with other company offerings.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for audio engineering within ElevenLabs.
• Participate in the development of new tools and technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of our audio engineering services.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our audio engineering services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to grow our customer base.
• Participate in the development of new business models and pricing strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of our audio engineering services.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related fields.
• Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton).
• Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions.
