- • We're seeking an experienced AR/VR professional to coach students looking to break into or advance within the field.
- • This role includes helping students strengthen their technical foundation across AR/VR development, spatial computing, 3D interaction design, and XR hardware and software.
- • Coaches also support career development by reviewing resumes and cover letters, refining LinkedIn profiles, and preparing students for both behavioral and technical interviews, along with guidance on networking strategy and salary negotiation as they work to land roles in the field.
- • Ideal candidates have significant hands-on experience in AR/VR development (industry, research, or freelance), prior mentoring or teaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to explaining complex technical concepts and career strategy alike.
- • Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
- • The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for AR/VR and a desire to help others achieve their career goals.
- • Experience with teaching or mentoring is highly valued, as is a strong understanding of the AR/VR industry and its various applications.
- • The ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner is essential for this role.
- • A strong understanding of the importance of career development and the ability to provide guidance and support to students as they navigate their careers.
- • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also essential for this role.
