- • Build, maintain, and optimize AI-powered workflows using tools such as Zapier and other AI workflow platforms to streamline repetitive operational tasks across departments.
- • Develop and implement automation solutions that connect internal platforms including Slack, Notion, and other systems to improve communication, visibility, and efficiency.
- • Identify manual, time-consuming processes across operations, customer support, and internal teams, and design automated replacements to reduce workload and improve scalability.
- • Support the implementation and ongoing management of AI agents and internal AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
- • Manage and organize operational systems, ensuring seamless integration between communication, documentation, and task management platforms.
- • Maintain, update, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal knowledge bases to ensure consistency and onboarding efficiency.
- • Troubleshoot existing automations and resolve workflow failures, ensuring continuous reliability and performance of automated systems.
- • Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to analyze bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and prioritize automation initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
- • Research emerging AI tools, automation technologies, and operational software to identify practical, scalable solutions that align with business growth goals.
- • Test and evaluate new AI platforms and no-code/low-code tools to determine their applicability for internal workflow enhancement.
- • Ensure all automation solutions are documented, repeatable, and aligned with the company’s operational standards and compliance requirements.
- • Proactively monitor workflow performance metrics and adjust automations to maintain efficiency as team size and operational scope expand.
- • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams experiencing issues with automated systems, providing timely support and training as needed.
- • Contribute to the continuous evolution of operational infrastructure by introducing innovative, AI-driven improvements that reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
- • Work within U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) to support clients and internal teams in real-time, ensuring alignment with client needs and operational deadlines.
- • Maintain a process-oriented mindset with high attention to detail, ensuring all automations are robust, well-tested, and documented for future team members.
- • Demonstrate ownership of automation initiatives from ideation to implementation, measuring success through reduced manual hours, improved response times, and increased team satisfaction.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving tools, priorities, and operational demands in a fast-paced, scaling environment with minimal supervision.
- • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders to gain buy-in and ensure adoption of automation solutions across departments.
