- • Your work will involve building robust, maintainable automation solutions that support fast iteration cycles, with visibility into high-stakes projects and potential for extension based on performance.
- • Day to day, you will design and configure advanced forms, conditional approval flows, automations with scripting logic, and role-based permissions within Airtable to meet complex workflow needs.
- • You will create optimized table structures and field mappings that ensure data integrity, enable accurate reporting, and support seamless workflow execution across multiple stages.
- • You will implement rapid changes based on feedback and specifications, prioritizing speed and quality in iterative delivery cycles valued by Gratia.

- • Strong ability to take written specifications and deliver production-ready workflows independently.
- • Proficient English—confident explaining technical logic and documenting solutions.
- • Able to overlap with US business hours as needed for meetings and real-time collaboration.
