- • As an Automations & Chatbot Specialist at Deliverect NV, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency by designing, building, and optimizing intelligent chatbot solutions and automation workflows that integrate seamlessly with our API-first platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and maintaining chatbot flows using natural language processing tools, creating automated responses for common customer inquiries, testing and refining conversational experiences, collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless API integrations, monitoring performance metrics, and iterating based on user feedback and analytics.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in building and deploying chatbots or conversational AI solutions
- • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and tools
- • Experience with API integration and RESTful services
- • Proficiency in scripting or automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, or custom workflows)
- • Fluency in English and French; Arabic is a plus
- • Ability to analyze user interactions and optimize conversation flows based on data
