• • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in driving the coordination, execution, and governance of Audio-Visual (AV) technology initiatives, specifically for our key client, Johnson & Johnson (J&J). You will engage directly with J&J leadership teams, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of complex projects while upholding the highest standards of excellence. This position demands a strong sense of discipline, exceptional communication skills, and the proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams effectively.
• • Your primary responsibilities will encompass the full project lifecycle. This includes meticulous project planning, proactive execution, detailed scheduling, and diligent milestone tracking to ensure all project phases are completed on time and within scope. You will be the central point of contact for all stakeholder communications, ensuring consistent alignment with J&J leadership and project teams. Developing and managing comprehensive project documentation, impactful presentations, and insightful operational reports using advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills will be a key part of your role. You will also be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to J&J's established processes and governance expectations, aligning with their Technology Leadership Management (TLM) Project Management oversight models.
• • Furthermore, you will actively support risk management activities, identifying potential issues early and developing mitigation strategies. You will lead issue resolution efforts, facilitating cross-functional coordination to overcome challenges and keep projects on track. Maintaining a high level of visibility with J&J stakeholders is crucial; you will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, take ownership of project outcomes, and foster trust through accountability and transparent communication. Ensuring disciplined project execution, accurate and timely reporting, and unwavering compliance with delivery standards will be paramount to your success.
• • This role requires a hybrid work model, with 4 days on-site at our Raritan, NJ location and 1 day remote. While the primary work hours will align with standard business hours, occasional flexibility will be needed to interface with our EMEA and APAC regions, which may require working outside of typical business hours.
