- • Own the end-to-end transformation of Synchrony’s campaign operations, turning legacy workflows into AI-powered, consumer-first journeys that drive measurable revenue lift and brand equity across retail, health, auto, home and digital verticals.
- • Map and dissect every step of the current campaign lifecycle—from audience selection and creative versioning to deployment and post-campaign analysis—surfacing friction points, compliance gaps and automation opportunities that can be solved with generative and agentic AI.
- • Architect and pilot next-gen campaign blueprints that weave together AWS Bedrock, GPT models, Microsoft Bot Framework and workflow engines like n8n to deliver hyper-personalized messages at scale while embedding rigorous QA checkpoints for data integrity, regulatory adherence and brand safety.
- • Build reusable playbooks, templates and governance frameworks that allow marketers to launch complex, multi-channel campaigns in hours instead of weeks, reducing manual effort by 40 %+ and freeing the team to focus on insight generation and creative strategy.
- • Lead quarterly “AI hackathons” and innovation forums where cross-functional squads prototype breakthrough use cases—such as conversational nurture bots, predictive offer engines and dynamic journey orchestration—then socialize winning concepts into production with clear ROI targets.
- • Partner with the Responsible AI Working Group, Risk, Legal and Compliance to ensure every AI enhancement meets Synchrony’s ethical, privacy and model-risk standards; translate technical guardrails into marketer-friendly checklists and automated validation scripts.
- • Serve as the primary evangelist for agile marketing and test-and-learn culture, coaching squads to run rapid A/B and multivariate tests, interpret results in Tableau or SAS, and iterate campaigns in real time based on statistically significant insights.
- • Mentor a high-performing team of campaign analysts, marketing technologists and QA specialists; create individual development plans that deepen AI fluency, sharpen data storytelling and accelerate readiness for future leadership roles.
- • Establish KPIs that matter—incremental sales, cost-per-acquisition, customer lifetime value, campaign cycle time, defect escape rate—and present executive-level dashboards to senior stakeholders, translating complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations.
- • Continuously scan the martech horizon for emerging capabilities (Customer Data Platforms like Adobe AEP or BlueConic, advanced identity resolution, real-time decision engines) and craft business cases that secure funding and executive sponsorship for scaled rollout.
- • Champion diversity of thought and inclusive innovation practices, ensuring campaign strategies resonate with Synchrony’s broad consumer base and reflect the communities we serve.
- • Operate within a 2 PM – 11 PM IST window to maximize collaboration with U.S.-based product, analytics and compliance partners, while leveraging Synchrony’s flexible-work policies to maintain work-life integration.
