📋 Description

• • As an AVP of Commercial Sales, EMEA, you will lead the commercial sales team focused on 2-5k user businesses across the region, driving net new ARR and serving as a key member of the Sales Leadership team reporting directly to the VP of Sales EMEA.
• • Day to day, you will coach and develop Commercial Sales Directors, drive regional business strategy, analyze market opportunities, lead go-to-market planning, generate outbound pipeline, develop annual sales plans, manage forecasts, leverage partnerships, improve sales processes, motivate the team for revenue growth, attract top talent, provide weekly forecasts to senior management, engage in complex deal negotiations, build cross-functional relationships, and deepen product and competitive knowledge.
