- • Lead the administrative transition experience for financial advisors and their teams as they join LPL Financial, ensuring seamless, well‑orchestrated onboarding that builds trust and confidence during a critical career moment.
- • Manage end‑to‑end transition logistics including timelines, dependencies, and risks; serve as the primary administrative point of contact for advisors, staff, Business Transitions, Field Management, and internal stakeholders.
- • Build trusted relationships with advisors and their office teams, providing hands‑on guidance on systems, workflows, and procedures while advocating for their experience and resolving obstacles across teams.
- • Partner with Regional Branch Managers and People Business Partners to assess practice readiness, staffing needs, and onboarding plans; ensure smooth handoffs to Business-as-Usual Administrative Managers for post‑transition stability.
- • Use data, feedback, and transition outcomes to drive continuous improvement in processes, reinforce best practices, and enhance long‑term advisor success and satisfaction.
- • Contribute to a culture of ownership, clarity, and proactive leadership that transforms complex transitions into confident, efficient, and personalized experiences for advisors and their teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • FINRA Series 7 and 66 licensure, or equivalent.
- • 3+ years of proven experience leading or coordinating advisor onboarding or transition experiences within financial services.
- • 5+ years of experience working in a wealth management and brokerage environment, including advisor business models and administrative support structures.
- • 5+ years of experience partnering effectively with financial advisors, branch teams, and home‑office stakeholders.
- • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, complex timelines, and attention to detail.
- • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and influence across diverse stakeholders.
