- • Lead Professional Learning Specialist, Bilingual role at Amplify Education, Inc., a pioneer in K–12 education since 2000, delivering next-generation curriculum and assessment to over 15 million students nationwide.
- • Facilitate high-quality professional development in English and Spanish literacy programs for teachers and school leaders, coach and support a cohort of ~20 bilingual Professional Learning Specialists, and ensure educators feel confident implementing Amplify programs to drive student success.
- • Join Amplify’s Professional Development team to make a nationwide impact on educator practice and student learning outcomes through expert facilitation, coaching, and program implementation support.
- • Develop deep expertise in Amplify’s bilingual literacy programs, lead certification training, design targeted development plans for PLS cohorts, and share insights with product teams to improve educator engagement and student achievement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience teaching Pre-K–Grade 12
- • 2+ years of experience coaching educators in Pre-K–Grade 12 settings
- • Demonstrated ability to facilitate onsite and virtual professional development in both English and Spanish
- • Spanish fluency at ILR Level 4 or higher (speaking, reading, and writing)
- • Strong proficiency with productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams)
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
