• As an Azure Data & AI Consultant, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Data & AI practice. This role is multifaceted, requiring you to act as a trusted partner to your colleagues, a dedicated mentor to junior team members, and a direct contributor to the expansion and success of our Data & AI Services. You will be deeply involved in all phases of project implementation, from initial client engagement and solution design to hands-on development and successful deployment.
• Your responsibilities will extend to driving innovation within our client solutions and internal processes. You will leverage your expertise to design and implement scalable, efficient, and robust technical architectures that precisely meet client requirements. This includes performing hands-on implementations of Microsoft's comprehensive suite of data and AI solutions, ensuring that MCA Connect continues to deliver exceptional value to our current and future customers.
• We operate within a dynamic project framework, and you will be expected to build strong, collaborative relationships with our clients. Effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and a deep understanding of client business needs will be key to your success. You will utilize Agile project delivery methodologies to ensure efficient and iterative development cycles, fostering transparency and adaptability throughout the project lifecycle.
• This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across the manufacturing sector, tackling complex data challenges and implementing transformative AI solutions. You will be at the forefront of leveraging Azure's powerful data services, including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, and Power BI, to build end-to-end data solutions.
• Key aspects of your role will include:
• Collaborating closely with clients to understand their business objectives, data challenges, and strategic goals, translating these into technical requirements and solution designs.
• Designing, developing, and implementing scalable and performant data solutions on the Azure platform, encompassing data ingestion, transformation, storage, and analytics.
• Architecting and building modern data warehouses and data lakes using Azure services to support advanced analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
• Developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions to address specific business problems, such as predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, or quality control.
• Implementing data governance, security, and compliance best practices within Azure data environments.
• Mentoring and upskilling junior consultants and engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the Data & AI team.
• Staying abreast of the latest advancements in Azure Data & AI services and Microsoft technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to incorporate new capabilities into client solutions.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of MCA Connect's methodologies, tools, and best practices for Data & AI project delivery.
• Partnering with sales and pre-sales teams to scope projects, develop proposals, and articulate technical solutions to potential clients.
• Ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, exceeding client expectations.
• You will be a key player in driving our Data & AI Services forward, contributing to our reputation as a leader in the industry and making a tangible impact on the success of our manufacturing clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing data solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, including services such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling techniques.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI, for creating insightful dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data engineering and data science, such as Python, SQL, and Scala.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
