- • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team on a 6-month contract basis. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving qualified pipeline growth by executing strategic lead generation campaigns across key digital platforms including LinkedIn, Google, Naver, and other relevant channels. You will be responsible for the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial setup and execution to meticulous performance tracking and reporting. This position requires close collaboration with a diverse group of stakeholders, including designers, content writers, internal marketing teams, sales representatives, and external agency partners, ensuring seamless campaign delivery and optimal results.
- • The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, thrives on optimizing campaign performance through rigorous A/B testing, and has a proven track record of managing the full Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) journey. Fluency in Korean is a mandatory requirement, as this role will primarily support the Korean market while also contributing to global initiatives. For markets outside of Korea, you will work with local translators to adapt and execute campaigns effectively. This contract position offers the potential for extension based on performance and evolving business needs.
- • **Lead Generation & Campaign Execution:** You will be tasked with setting up and executing sophisticated B2B lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads (SEM), Naver, and other digital advertising platforms. Your focus will be on targeting both MQL and SQL audiences to maximize pipeline contribution. This includes managing all operational aspects of campaigns, such as asset trafficking, implementing robust tracking mechanisms (UTMs, pixels, tags), and conducting thorough pre-launch quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and functionality. A key responsibility will be to design and implement A/B tests across various campaign elements – including targeting parameters, ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and channel strategies – with the objective of continuously enhancing lead quality and conversion rates. You will also coordinate with translators to effectively adapt and localize campaigns for the APAC region and other international markets like LATAM, ensuring cultural relevance and market resonance.
- • **Content & Asset Collaboration:** You will work hand-in-hand with our talented designers and content writers to conceptualize and develop high-performing lead generation assets. This includes creating compelling materials such as whitepapers, gated content, webinar invitations, optimized landing pages, and engaging image/video creatives. You will provide valuable, performance-driven feedback on these creative assets to drive improvements in engagement and conversion metrics. Furthermore, you will meticulously review landing pages and user flows to guarantee accuracy, maintain brand consistency, and ensure they are fully optimized for conversion. You will also play a crucial role in supporting the setup and monitoring of A/B tests specifically for landing pages and creative assets, contributing to a data-informed optimization process.
- • **Performance Reporting & Data Analysis:** A core function of this role involves building, maintaining, and regularly updating comprehensive campaign dashboards and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports across all active advertising platforms. You will be responsible for collecting, validating, and organizing performance data to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews. A significant part of your work will involve analyzing critical funnel metrics – including Click-Through Rates (CTR), Conversion Rates (CVR), Cost Per Lead (CPL), MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and identifying key drop-off points – to uncover meaningful trends and derive actionable insights. You will prepare clear, concise performance summaries and present data-backed optimization recommendations to internal stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
- • **Budget & Administrative Operations:** You will provide essential support for budget tracking, purchase order (PO) processing, vendor invoicing, and cost reconciliation. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial documentation is crucial to support the monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
