As a performance marketing agency specializing in B2B companies, we leverage our proprietary Customer Generation methodology, which prioritizes the delivery of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and actual Customers over traditional metrics like Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Our core services encompass Paid Media, SEO/Content, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Video production, all orchestrated through comprehensive digital marketing strategies designed to consistently achieve our clients' SQL targets.
- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and launching a compelling new demand generation offering for our valued customers. You will manage a focused portfolio of no more than seven accounts, taking direct ownership of their performance marketing success. This position is internally recognized as a Demand Generation Manager, underscoring its strategic importance in driving client growth.
- • The ideal candidate is an exceptionally strong T-Shaped Marketer, possessing deep expertise within the SaaS marketplace across Paid Media, SEO, and CRO. Your responsibilities will extend beyond campaign execution to include crucial client-facing activities such as interfacing with stakeholders, pitching strategic roadmaps, and consistently exceeding performance expectations. - • Success in this role hinges on your proficiency in marketing strategy, hands-on execution, clear and confident communication, and robust project management capabilities. - • Key responsibilities include:
- • Owning the end-to-end success of a portfolio of SMB clients across all relevant digital marketing channels.
- • Cultivating and managing strong client relationships with a blend of poise, confidence, and genuine empathy, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- • Meticulously project managing and organizing your assigned accounts to ensure timely delivery of all initiatives and optimal resource allocation.
- • Building and nurturing trusted relationships with key client points of contact, acting as their primary strategic partner.
- • Demonstrating deep technical knowledge and strategic acumen in Paid Media (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic), SEO (on-page, off-page, technical), and CRO (A/B testing, user experience optimization, funnel analysis) specifically within the context of technology companies.
- • Applying a strong understanding of the SaaS business model, including customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and sales cycles.
- • Identifying opportunities for innovation and creative approaches to marketing challenges, coupled with a relentless passion for achieving measurable results.
