  • • As a key member of our agency, you will be instrumental in delivering on our proprietary Customer Generation methodology, which prioritizes the generation of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and ultimately, new customers, moving beyond traditional marketing metrics like Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Your expertise will span Paid Media, SEO/Content, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Video, all integrated into comprehensive digital marketing strategies designed to consistently meet and exceed client SQL targets.
  • • This role is internally designated as a Demand Generation Manager, reflecting its core focus on creating and nurturing demand for our clients' innovative B2B products and services. You will be entrusted with the success of a focused portfolio, working closely with no more than seven accounts at any given time. This intimate client engagement allows for deep strategic immersion and direct impact.
  • • The ideal candidate is a profoundly T-shaped marketer, possessing a broad understanding of digital marketing disciplines coupled with deep, specialized expertise in the SaaS marketplace. Your core competencies should include Paid Media, SEO, and CRO, with a proven ability to not only execute campaigns but also to articulate strategy, build rapport with clients, and consistently surpass performance expectations.
  • • We are looking for an individual contributor who thrives on owning client success. You should find immense satisfaction in managing your client portfolio end-to-end, from strategic planning and execution to performance analysis and client communication. Success in this role hinges on a robust blend of marketing strategy acumen, hands-on execution skills, exceptional communication abilities, and meticulous project management.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the complete ownership of SMB client success across all relevant digital channels. This includes developing and implementing data-driven strategies, managing campaign execution, and continuously optimizing for performance.
  • • You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, building strong, trusting relationships characterized by poise, confidence, and empathy. This involves understanding their business objectives, translating them into actionable marketing plans, and providing transparent, regular updates on progress and results.
  • • Effective project management is paramount. You will be responsible for organizing your accounts, ensuring deadlines are met, resources are utilized efficiently, and projects stay within scope and budget. This requires a proactive approach to planning, tracking, and problem-solving.
  • • A deep technical understanding of performance marketing strategy, Paid Media (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), SEO (on-page, off-page, technical), and CRO (A/B testing, user experience optimization) is essential, particularly as applied to technology companies and the SaaS business model.
  • • While not strictly required, a strong background and understanding of the SaaS industry will be highly advantageous, enabling you to quickly grasp client challenges and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 2 years of agency-side marketing experience, demonstrating a proven track record of managing multiple clients and campaigns.
  • • Minimum of 2 years of dedicated performance marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on driving measurable results (SQLs, customers, revenue).
  • • Demonstrated expertise as a T-shaped marketer, with deep specialization in at least one core area (e.g., Paid Media, SEO, CRO) and a solid understanding of complementary disciplines.
  • • Exceptional project management skills, with a history of successfully delivering complex marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
  • • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing principles and customer acquisition strategies.
