- • Internally, this pivotal role is recognized as the Demand Generation Manager, reflecting its core focus on driving tangible business outcomes for our clients. We are committed to launching a compelling and highly competitive new demand generation offering, and the individual in this position will be instrumental in its success.
- • In this capacity, you will be entrusted with the direct management of a focused portfolio, working closely with no more than seven key client accounts. Your primary responsibility will be the overarching performance marketing success of these clients, ensuring their strategic objectives are not only met but significantly exceeded.
- • The ideal candidate is a profoundly skilled T-Shaped Marketer, possessing deep, specialized expertise within the SaaS marketplace. This expertise should span across critical disciplines including Paid Media, SEO, and CRO. While campaign execution is a vital component, this role extends far beyond that. A crucial aspect will involve direct client interfacing, confidently pitching strategic recommendations, and proactively ensuring that results consistently surpass expectations.

- • **Strategic Execution:** Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive performance marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

- • **Performance Reporting:** Clearly and concisely communicate campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients through regular reporting and presentations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of agency-side marketing experience, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
- • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing Paid Media, SEO, and CRO campaigns, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- • Exceptional T-shaped marketing skills with deep expertise in at least one core area (e.g., Paid Media) and a strong understanding of others.
- • World-class project management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at various levels.
