  • • As a B2B Manager, Client Partner at Tinuiti, you will serve as a strategic liaison between the agency and its clients, driving measurable marketing outcomes through data-informed account management and cross-channel campaign execution. This role is critical to Tinuiti’s mission of eliminating waste and scaling what works by aligning client goals with the agency’s full-funnel capabilities across Commerce, Search, Social, TV & Audio, and more.
  • • You will oversee the end-to-end management of client accounts, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive account plans that integrate multiple media channels and Tinuiti’s proprietary solutions like Bliss Point by Tinuiti to maximize client ROI and uncover growth opportunities.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting clients in establishing realistic budgets and forecasts, monitoring spend efficiency, and ensuring monthly actualization through data-driven adjustments. You will leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, and Commspoint to analyze performance and inform optimization strategies.
  • • A core function of the role is identifying and pursuing opportunities for account growth and cross-selling by aligning with client strategic goals and Tinuiti’s service offerings. You will analyze client data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and improvement areas, then translate insights into clear, actionable reports and presentations for both internal teams and clients.
  • • You will act as the primary point of contact for client communications, providing timely updates on project progress, addressing concerns swiftly, and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. This requires strong collaboration with Tinuiti’s channel-specific teams (e.g., Search, Social, TV) and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment on strategic initiatives.
  • • Success in this role demands deep B2B industry expertise—you will stay current on market developments, emerging trends, and best practices within clients’ industries to enhance strategy relevance and effectiveness. Your ability to synthesize external market insights with internal data will position you as a trusted advisor.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4-5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles with a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns
  • • Extensive experience with multiple digital platforms and analytics tools including Google Analytics, Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, and Commspoint
  • • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, forecasting, and client presentations
  • • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across multiple clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives
  • • Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience is preferred
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with external clients and internal teams
