As we expand our global reach and impact, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic B2B Marketing Lead for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, based in Singapore. This pivotal leadership role is designed for a seasoned, full-stack B2B marketer with exceptional regional acumen. You will be instrumental in building and scaling foundational marketing capabilities, driving impactful programs, and ultimately contributing to significant revenue growth and fostering long-term trust across diverse APAC markets.
  • • In this capacity, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the APAC region. Your efforts will be crucial in supporting the adoption of OpenAI's enterprise solutions, fostering partner-led growth initiatives, and engaging with developer-adjacent business audiences. This role demands a deep understanding of sales-led go-to-market (GTM) strategies, the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, and the skill to translate global marketing visions into locally resonant and effective execution across multiple countries.
  • • A core aspect of your role will be to lead the strategic development and tactical execution of B2B marketing initiatives. This includes orchestrating full-funnel programs that span field marketing, content creation, customer advocacy, impactful events, and strategic partner marketing. You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally, forging strong partnerships with our GTM teams, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Communications, and Global Affairs departments. This integrated approach is essential for delivering cohesive programs that directly support enterprise adoption and drive robust pipeline growth.
  • • A key challenge and opportunity will be to translate OpenAI's global B2B narratives and product launches into regionally relevant, market-specific campaigns. This requires a nuanced understanding of priority APAC markets, such as India, Korea, Japan, Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), and Southeast Asia, ensuring that our messaging and strategies resonate with local business contexts and customer needs.
  • • You will be tasked with establishing and refining robust regional marketing operating rhythms. This encompasses overseeing planning cycles, managing agency relationships, diligently overseeing budget allocation and expenditure, and implementing rigorous performance measurement frameworks to track and report on campaign effectiveness. This operational excellence will be critical for ensuring efficient and impactful marketing operations.
  • • As the primary regional voice for APAC B2B marketing, you will be expected to bring invaluable market insights, a deep understanding of customer perspectives, and a keen awareness of local nuances into global strategy discussions. Your input will directly influence the evolution of our worldwide B2B marketing efforts, ensuring they are informed by regional realities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B or integrated marketing, with a strong preference for experience within the technology, platform, or high-growth sectors.
  • • Proven success in building and executing end-to-end B2B marketing programs that effectively support enterprise or partner-led go-to-market motions across multiple international markets or a broad region.
  • • Deep understanding of APAC enterprise buying dynamics, including the critical roles of trust, regulatory environments, the influence of local partners, and the importance of region-specific proof points and case studies.
  • • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, navigating fast-paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly evolving business environments.
  • • Extensive experience collaborating closely with Sales, GTM, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Communications teams within a matrixed organizational structure.
  • • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence and build relationships across diverse cultures and geographies.
